What are we building?

Ads On Rides connects companies that want to advertise with full time on demand transportation and delivery drivers. On demand drivers are able to supplement their income if they are willing to place an ad on their ride.

A global company and the fastest growing ad platform over the next 3 - 5 years. South Florida has been our test market and we know how to expand globally now. We are building an industry and growing our company alongside it. We are empowering drivers to find companies that want to advertise.

Rear Window Advertisement:
$250/monthly per vehicle and $200 one time installation
(Includes GPS tracking)

$200/monthly per vehicle and $150 one time installation
(No GPS tracking)

Drivers earn $100 every month the ad is on their vehicle

How we become a $100 million company by 2020

10,000 monthly active vehicles with ads = $12,000,000 annual revenue.

Expected annual operations cost to manage 10,000 active cars = $2 - $3 million

$9 million - $10 million annual profit = $100 million company with modest 10x or 12x valuation

(First year may be under 5x. Second and third year will be faster).

Profit and Liquidity Goals For Investors

Unlike many tech giants we believe we can't run a company if we can't turn a profit.

As Founder, my goal is to create liquidity options for early investors who would like to "cash out" for any reason. Ads On Rides does not want to keep anyone locked in if you don't want to join us on the ride.
